This company does horrible work. They admitted to providing minimum service repairs to get call backs and gouge both the customer and the warranty companies they do work for! The service man used my dish towels to clean up after his work and his boots. His equipment blew breakers in my home. Overall a huge mess! I definitely don’t recommend using them for anything.
Failed to do my Ice Maker repair correctly! Did not replace the fan water seal, which will result in a future failure. This is a way to continue to get more money from both me and my home warranty company.
Malik was very good. He patiently put in replacement parts and took time to make sure all was working. He was respectful and helpful. Highly recommend.
Malik is one of the most competent, knowledgeable, and kind service professional I have met in the past 5 years. He was called in for a difficult refrigerator diagnosis for an intermittent issue. His diligence to his analysis and work done to determine go forward strategies was unmatched by similar technical in his situation. I don’t look for anything to breakdown but if it does, I will always be grateful if Malik is assigned to the call.
Technician said that he just replaced water filter that we already onsite. And the charge was $247. Am I to understand that a water filter replacement was $247. Please have someone call me back asap
