This location does not exist. Anyway, Sears no longer has any customer service from the local level to the corporate level. I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks for them to get my air conditioning fixed, and it still does not work after two visits. Two technicians have come out (both were nice), but the waiting and ABSOLUTELY no communication is the worst service I have EVER received from anyone. My experience with the company was great from Ralph Smith to the 2 service technician men. Ralph provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable of the company. The Technician was very friendly and also knowledgeable of their business. They left property in great cleaning condition. They completed the work in about 5 hours.

My review of Sears Home Improvement worker/agent Ralph Smith and assistant, Randy, including the HVAC installers Ivan Rosser and his co-worker assistant is excellent. They all do great quality and timely work. They all proved to be experts in their field of work, very knowledgeable and friendly.
