Service was generally fine and executed quickly, but the work is subbed out to local installers so you aren’t dealing with the same people at every step in the process. Loses accountability. Might as well just hire the local group if they have similar warranty. On duct air testing, insulation was blown all over the house and nothing was done to prevent or clean it up.
