I had a very bad experience with the Sears installation process. The subcontractor apparently didn’t install the system properly, some wiring was wrong that messed up the coordination of the opening of dampers to allow air flow to the main house which in turn caused too much air to flow into the Casita which was not supposed to get any air flow. the team who completed our new roof were great. The house and area were clean and neat. All debris was removed. The job was done on time and the inspector spoke highly of the work done.
Need replacement windows? Don't look any further they got your back. Material quality, cost and installation labor and quality are excellent in my experience. Very, very satisfied!
They came out to fix our air-conditioning unit last year. They replaced a motor and failed to pull out the drain plugs on the motor. This caused the motor to fail in 109° weather this year. We scheduled and appointment with them to come fix it, and they canceled the morning of the appointment and said they wouldn't be out for two more weeks. When asked the reason, the person calling me said, "I don't know they don't tell me, we just won't be there." Their work is shoddy, and I suspect designed to fail to drum up more busines... read more
