Dear god! How are these people in business!! Just hilarious to me. Had an interview with them and they were late to the interview and then rescheduled and then had 3 other interviews. Waited a month to hear back and nothing. Everyone I spoke to had no idea about the job I applied for which was to be HVAC license holder for them. I’m glad I never got a job and let them use my license because it’s the most unorganized and scrambled company I have ever seen.

Made an appointment for service on our Kenmore Water heater. Waited more than a week for the appointment. Got a text mid-morning stating the appointment had been moved to the afternoon. Thirty minutes before the service tech was to arrive got another text saying the appointment was Cancelled and that I should call Sears Home Services, which I did because I was chapped about losing an entire day of my life waiting after already waiting for more than a week for service.
