The technician determined what was wrong with my LG refrigerator and ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for the install. I was charged for the part and labor/installation when the part was ordered. The part arrived and I installed it myself as the install appointment was a week away. I have contacted Sears HW to let them know my part arrived and I installed it, to produce a working appliance again.
