We had air conditioning installed in our home "by" Sears. It was a big job that also included a new furnace matched to the A/C. They used a lot of contractors, but the communication was always great and the quality top notch. We got about 8 bids and Sears was by far the most professional. They took at least an hour to inspect our home, take measurements, listen to us about which rooms get hot/cold and when. Sears Heating and Air Conditioning beat the competition on price. They specialized in the Carrier Brand which is what we wanted. The order was processed quickly, and it was installed quickly to our satisfaction. I thought Sears went out of business but it turned out only the Retail Sears closed down.
Sales person provided excellent advice. Installation done at the time agreed upon and on time. Good people!
