I would have rated this business lower but I was at least able to get a couple customer service agents on the phone to "help". Nothing ever happened when I requested an AC estimate for my landlord. No calls, no apologies, nothing. At the time of the appt, the drivers truck "broke down" yet we never knew of this had I not called in to check on them who were an hour late.
