This place still says it's open the building has been abandoned for over 5 years and now they have fake people putting up reviews from a year ago saying how they love the service. How can you get service from people that don't exist from a building that's abandoned? I just drove 20 mi and wasted all this gas to go to Sears air conditioning because of your stupid review which was obviously fake

Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. I'm really glad that I went with Sears! The experience has been very good!!! The sales rep was extremely informative and had patience with all of my questions. The team who came out to do the work was on time, nose to the grind stone, diligent, thorough, courteous, and professional. Great with my dogs. They cleaned up behind themselves. Excellent communication. The lead installer appeared well supported by his scheduler, and had reliable folks to call for tech support. 3 consecutives appointments (not including the initial inspection) to fix my cooktop and still not being fixed yet. I had to move to different Contractor. Stay away from using them.

First off - My appointment was scheduled between 1-5PM in advance, I was on a conference call when the technician called to confirm my appointment and "prevent driving over". Apparently if you do not answer the call at first attempt the appointment is cancelled. This occurred at 1:05PM, the call center person attempted to contact the technician and he doesn't answer with no repercussions to him. However, they can't do anything except reschedule your appointment. What an inconvenience!
