5 p.m. on Wednesday. Only one employee could be found , she was at the register demonstrating excellent people skills, very professional the line was very long and no pizza anywhere in sight. I'm sorry to say this but at least at that store that hometown country store feel is lost.
Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon diagnosing the issue with our dryer, he took time to answer all of our questions regarding the required repair. He provided a concise description of the dryer failure and made recommendations that will hopefully extend the service life of the appliance. We are very pleased with the outcome and we would like to offer praise for the experienced technician to conducted the repair. Sears is a complete rip off!! They are not responsive and prey on the Elderly!!!
