I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. Unbelievably unprofessional. "Michael" was supposed to come out and service our furnace in an 8- 5 window. He got there at 847 am, took a Picture of my back yard FROM his car to show we werent home and left. Without looking w feet to the left to see my car parked in our carport under our house number. Didn't even think to come knock, rescheduled for the next day and this time no one showed up. I waited all day, missed a trip to the aquarium with my niece and nephew, and had to resc... read more
