I really appreciate the friendly manner in which I was treated. Very helpful in trying to get my mom’s hearing aids working.
I am updating a review that I posted last week. My husband,a truck driver, has long hours and Miracle ear has always been accommodating. A misunderstanding at their Lebanon Pa office left me quite upset with their work ethic. I must give credit to the gentleman who took the time to reach out and explain his situation, a family matter, that will always come first in my life as well. I apologize to this young man and respect him for contacting me.
