I used Sears handyman services to remodel a master bathroom. I was completely satisfied from the initial meeting with the project manager. He was patient, thorough and made sure that once the project started, all of the work was being done as we planned. The contractors were respectful of my home and worked with us to complete the project in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for any projects.
Tony and his crew did a great job on our interior renovation. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Sears for any home improvement.

Don't use this "handyman" service. Ended up having to get my bathroom completely redone because they were incompetent. Had to have 6 separate visits for continued "estimates" and "whoops I forgot" on a basic job. Asked to speak to someone besides manager, and manager calls yet again, even after I begged for a different store. They never apologized for the inconvenience, just laughed off the "handyman" forgetting to complete the initial task.
