I'm giving a negative review, because my garage door stopped working, less than three months after Sears Garage Door Installation and Repair came out to perform my garage door repairs for the same problem - it won't close. I was given a "Satisfaction Guarantee", and the guarantee is printed on the two large red stickers they posted on my garage door and the wall by the door between my house and garage (plus I was given a verbal satisfaction guarantee).
