I scheduled them to come install a garage door opener. They told me they would come between 9-11am. They never showed up for appointment. I called the company at 11:30 and they said they will call the driver. The driver finally called me at 12:30pm to say that his truck broke down and couldn't come. They offered to reschedule for the following week but I have work.
