I am currently having the worst carpet cleaning experience ever...this guy BRUCE comes in who is so rude and outspoken..who if given the liberty to would have thrown things around...gosh so frustrating. He guarantees of not good cleaning at the very start. He comes with dirty torn shoes and is walking around the whole entire house like that...people from any service so far have always worn disposable shoe covers...mind you none of them were anywhere even connected to cleaning.
