If you use Sears after this rating, it is absolutely your fault... Worst carpet cleaners ever...I must say that the cleaning guy was really nice... But my carpet was still dirty and had to call a friend over to clean it right.... They don't use a brush cleaner, so if you have soiled carpet from little ones or some minor spills, forget it.. This place is not the one to call... Use Sears only if you have money to just "give away". Use them at your own risk... Your wasting your time.... These people deserve a negative 5 in my o... read more

Buyers Beware: Though they did a decent job, I will not use them again based on their practice of upcharging. I have used multiple carpet cleaners and have NEVER been charged an extra $30 to clean the tiny area in front of the vanities that are in my children's bedrooms--both of which are well under the 300 square feet/room limit set by Sears. Additional charges/upselling on a service that is easily obtained elsewhere ensures I will not be using Sears again.
Today September 28, 2018, I had Benjamin and Gregg come and clean my carpet they were great, did and excellent job, very professional and the nicest guys I have ever met. They were quick but did great. Next time you get your carpet cleaned, Please use Sears thanks!!!
