Did a great job cleaning rugs.
Do they take sears credits card
I can't review the service that they provided because they never cleaned my rugs. I made an appointment for Saturday July 13th ( the appointment was made 2 weeks prior to the 13th) and 3 days before that day I received a call that they need to cancel my appointment because they are not "servicing my area". What is the point of making an appointment? I have family staying with me next week and I made an appointment to have my rugs cleaned. There were some stains on my carpet from an elderly person's accident and i mean accident I never thought the stains would come out. The tech did a wonderful job, worked very hard.
