My repair has been rescheduled three times. Each time, the appointment is scheduled weeks ahead, and they cancel it and reschedule it the day before the service. I have waited two months and still do not have it repaired!
After waiting over a month for a part for the dishwasher and the 4th technician (who sat in his vehicle for 30 minutes outside our house before coming to the door), we discovered that the wrong part had been ordered. Not sure why Sears would recommend this company to perform maintenance on their products no longer under warranty. Techs diagnosed my dishwasher problem without touching the dishwasher, then charged me $129 to tell me the cost of repair was more than a new dishwasher. After the techs left, I flipped the circuit breaker off/on and the dishwasher started working. It took many emails and phone calls, and eventually a BBB complaint, to get a refund for a non/faulty diagnosis. IMO, There’s a 0% chance of getting a refund from SHS... read more
WORST SERVICE EVER. They have been here twice for the same problem with my fridge and now I have to call for the 3rd time in less than 4 months... Not only they cannot fix my fridge but now they reschedule my appointment twice. You call them and you can not even talk to anyone. I have to work with them because that was the warranty I bought.
SHS charged me over $700 in parts and labor to repair my 5 year old LG refrigerator. Two months later it's still not repaired. Several techs including their master tech worked on it. As mentioned by other reviewers just getting them to show up is painful. When they do show up some of them are recommending changing parts without running any diagnostics on the unit. Beware, especially if you have a newer refrigerator with lots of electrical components. Issue is the refrigerator is not cooling, even thou the freezer is okay.
