Not great in my bedroom once it dried..
My entire home's contents including my kitchen and Carrier HVAC system was purchased as Sears and I have utilized Sears Duct and Carpet cleaning for all 20 years of my home ownership. Jake cleaned my ducts and HVAC system today and was SUPERIOR in doing so. I scheduled Sears to do my duct cleaning 2 weeks ago and I was relying on them to do the cleaning 1 day before I install new AC and furnace units. One day before the scheduled cleaning I received a call in the afternoon from a number in NJ telling me that they do not service my area in PA. They waited for nearly 2 weeks to tell me that. They put me in a bind since I wanted to have a clean HVAC before installing a new system. When I called Sears, the person was very rude and did not care at all. Very unprofessional. The technician just trying to charge more with poor service. He is not doing the airduct cleaning in proper way. He told me that he needs to charge in full before the work begins. Why? Credit card can decline and the customer may run away. They do not trust or respect customers and they do not trust their work. Never ever call blue shirt SEARS technician. That is why Sears is sucks. Only one guy came for cleaning job,did the horrible job and ran away. Poor service, overcharge and dishonesty.
