I had another company come out to clean my carpets and arrived and the guy that came up to the door was disgusting so I ended up calling Sears and the gentlemen that came to clean my carpets were very polite and professional and in Sears uniforms. I just felt more comfortable using Sears. I am older and they did such a nice job on my carpeting and they also cleaned the recliner that my husband sits in all the time and did a very nice job on that too! I would recommend Sears carpet cleaning to everyone.
They are Awful! Carpets smell like dirty socks after..300.00 Dollars for WHAT! Dirt smeared all around it did not even looked vacuumed. and yet it was vacuumed before they arrived
Do not use Sears air duct cleaning service. They overcharged, left a mess, ruined my walls and didn't clean up. They also didn't finish the job. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
I arrived ten minutes late, and the technicians were waiting and I was very relieved they did not complain about having to wait. I also was very pleased that the technician took the time to take up a prior carpet cleaners "blue block: stain. He also took time to explain about stain removal in the future. I was very impressed with the attitude of those two technicians.
DO NOT ALLOW SEARS IN YOUR HOME!!!!! They stole my new iPhone 5 sitting by the door on his way out. He immediately turned of the GPS and turned the phone off. I gave them several opps to return it or at least hide it somewhere where I could find it. I contacted their office and explain this to the lady and she looked into it for me. I agreed to allow them to return it to me today with no questions asked. They still refuse to admit they stole it or return it even though I have proof they took it. I had my carpets cleaned 5/16/09 , I had all the rooms cleans and treated for stains at the time they offered me a maintance agreement, they told me I could have 2 more visits as i just had, sounded great to me. I called for my carpets to be cleaned as I had done before telling them I had the maintance agreement. They said no problem and came out, once they got there they tried to charge me for stain resistant treament, I told them i had the agreement but they said it didnt cover that and wanted another $85. I originally went with Sears since they had the best prices, but in this case you really get what you pay for. I had both a duct and a carpet cleaning. The duct cleaning as far as I can tell went satisfactory, except for the fact that the technician knocked over a can of paint on our carpet. We had just moved in and had some paint cans around and rather than ask us to move anything out of the way they just came in and apparently they need cords that go out to their van and as they were pulling those around they caught a can ... read more
