I have used them for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. They were excellent at both. Booking an appointment was easy - I've done it on-line and the last time via their call center. They call the day before the appointment to remind you and provide a time frame. Then the day of the appointment they call as their crews are heading to the home. Miguel and Carlos were professional, thorough, and efficient. They were also genuine and funny. I appreciate their expertise and frankness.
Cleaned carpets and chair bottoms well, cleaned up after themselves and left things decent and in order as found. Only complaint, we did not get our rugs back within time frame stated and we had to call after 10 days to find out the status etc.
Edward and William were great! I had not been looking forwarded to having my dryer vent and air ducts clean. Thought about a messy and time but that was not the case. They arrive promptly, were professional and knowledgeable.
Christian and William were AWESOME !!!! They were friendly, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the products and service they provided. They provided great customer service and were easy to talk to. They cleaned my carpet in a timely fashion, it looked great and smelled good. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I have used this company many times in the past, but never wrote a review. Overall rating, 5 stars. Expert carpet cleaning, removed all stains and recommended scotchgard protection. Reuben and his team were polite, cleaned up, and advised me when I could walk on steps. They didn't want me to fall ! I highly recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct cleaning. This spring, they will be back to clean my air ducts.
Never showed up or called the day of my appointment. First spoke with the rude receptionist, then the even ruder owner. Refused to complete my service, offered NO refund. I had to call Groupo to exain what happened and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
Don't know the quality of service, they just don't show up. We ordered the service online and requested service for Saturday April 9. We received a message saying that Sears would contact us to set a time-window for the service on the requested day. They never called. We called the day before at 3pm. They told me that they will come the next day anytime between 8am and 12pm. We called at 12:10pm and they said that were about to call to reschedule... for Monday between 12-6pm (a 6 hours window on a working day!). We agreed in... read more
