They are The worst customer service lying on prices please record any agreement that you have with them you know what scratch that don’t do service with them they will find away to take more money that was agreed on.

I had a horrible experience with sears carpet cleaning today. I scheduled a window appointment for today between 4 and 6. I specifically requested on or after 5 because I work. They gave me a hard time about that but nonetheless, they put in the request with no guarantee. I'm satisfied with that. Today I receive a confirmation call stating that someone will be at my house between 1 and 4. I immediately told the unprofessional clerk that this was not the window I agreed to.
