The air duct "special" was designed to cost me a $149 inspection fee while the technicians tried to sell me $800 worth of "necessary" work! They said if I didn't do all add ons, they couldn't guarantee the work, which felt like they'd skimp or do a poor job on cleaning since they were avoiding the guarantee. Very disappointed with their services and dishonest staff.
Unprofessional, liars, broke our bathroom sink and will not admit to it. We made the mistake of asking them if we could leave while they finish up cleaning carpets of the house we moved out of. The house was empty so we saw no reason to worry. As we left they carried all of their equipment upstairs. Next thing we know our old property manager called telling us that the upstairs sink was cracked. It was not that way when we left the house.
