Great value and amazing customer service
Had him clean my carpets. Left me with a mildew smell! Had to have them re cleaned and surprised to see all the dirt that came out after he cleaned them. My home is very clean to begin with and I never wear shoes inside of my home. I do a refresh each spring. I called to let him know and he said he would discount another service. Absolutely not- I would never get another service from him again I wanted a refund… DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I'd like to know if this is owned by the same gentleman who owned it a decade ago. Ethier way I feel qualified to review a sears carpet cleaning franchise do past experience. Firstly, they're a franchise not owned by sears which in my opinion is a good thing. If it's the same ownership, the gentleman running it has over 15 years of experience running it. I can personally attest to their character as a honest and reasonable man that if he has any major faults, it's that he'll go above and beyond to make you happy. Please let ... read more

Mike and Andrew are great! Our 1800s farmhouse really needed some TLC, and they certainly got the job done! Very easy to work with, and very respectful of our home. We can already feel the difference in air quality -- honestly. I did quite a bit of research before hiring someone, and we chose Sears because they are HALF THE PRICE of all other companies with air duct cleaning services, in and around Rochester, and they also came out the very next morning! We'll definitely use Sears again in the future!
