They always did excellent work for us, we've used them for years, and when it came time for another cleaning this year...they're gone. just gone. can't find them.
Dominique was very thorough and professional. He worked tirelessly for almost 4 hours cleaning upholstery, stairs and carpet. I would highly recommend this service for the value provided.
I had an appointment and they never showed up. It was on a Saturday. I called 4 times and no one replied. I called again on Monday (expecting someone to call me on monday to apologize) but they were closed so o left another message with the answering service. No call back on Tuesday so I called them again. No one picked up so I left a message. Still no call back. I am Huge on customer service. This is not how you run a business.
