terrible experience, I never will use Sears again for carpet or Airduct cleaning, After that day I don't even want to use the retail store any longer.

DO NOT USE SEARS - THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT ALLOW SEARS IN YOUR HOME!!!!! They stole my new iPhone 5 sitting by the door on his way out. He immediately turned of the GPS and turned the phone off. I gave them several opps to return it or at least hide it somewhere where I could find it. I contacted their office and explain this to the lady and she looked into it for me. REal Pros. Air duct cleaning - NO DUST! – Sears cleaned our air ducts. but that's not all. They gave us a full indoor air quality analysis. They showed me pictures of my furnace system and the air conditioning A coil. We found the coil clogged with mildew and mold. They pulled it and cleaned it thoroughly. They said I would save as much as 20% on heating and cooling after they cleaned the system. Wow, the house cools down so much faster. I think we'll save even more than 20% of our bill. Good, but could be better – We used Sears to clean our carpet after moving out of a rental house, and to clean our air ducts after moving in to a new house. The only disappointment with the carpet cleaning is that they were not able to remove a stain caused by plant water overflowing from the planter. In fact, the spot seemed larger after they cleaned it, as if it spread to a larger area. Otherwise, they did a good job.
