Good, but could be better – We used Sears to clean our carpet after moving out of a rental house, and to clean our air ducts after moving in to a new house. The only disappointment with the carpet cleaning is that they were not able to remove a stain caused by plant water overflowing from the planter. In fact, the spot seemed larger after they cleaned it, as if it spread to a larger area. Otherwise, they did a good job.
