RecommendedCarlos was very professional and very careful wearing a mask, booties and gloves. He showed me a problem area in my dryer and asked if I wanted it done. Carlos explained everything he was doing. I recommend the dryer vent cleaning.

Terrible job! Carpets were left dirty. Left carpets soaked where a musty odor occurred. I cleaned the carpets with my own home cleaner after sears buffalo grove came and the water was filthy. Refusing refund!! Only refunded 1/2. I have pictures as proof of a job not done. Dirty water and lint and fuzz picked up. Not to mention, technicians showed up hours past reservation window. Terrible service!!!!
