I have booked an appointment with them and they had to cancel for 2 times, once with one day before the appointment and the 2nd time at the exact time of the appointment. They have told me they can come in about 4-5 days after and meanwhile I have found someone else to come faster so I had to cancel Sears Carpet appointment. I had my air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned by Sears Home Services. Josh was the lead technician and Oz was the assisting technician. They arrived on time. They did a quick walk through. They were patient in letting me gather my cats into a back room while they cleaned the ducts. Josh was incredibly efficient and did a great job. He left my house cleaner than when he arrived by vacuuming up the dust and small particles that resulted from the duct cleaning. My air is cleaner.
