Absolutely a scam they clean the AC blowers but just blow the dirt in the coils and pan which then clog your units and then you need to call your AC guy to clean. Should have talked to my AC guy first. Stay far away
I hope your carpet service is better than vent service
This location gave untrue information from the time my daughter booked the service - from the 4 hour window in which we could expect them to discrediting compensation one of their call center reps offered when displeasure was expressed. One of the techs showed up smelling as though he had consumed a liquid lunch
