Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

We had Sears come to clean 2 carpets. He was finished in less than 45 minutes. The carpet is dirtier now than it was before it was cleaned. I have called 4 times in the past 4 days with no return phone call. I realize our carpet is old but I do believe it should be cleaner now than before he started not dirtier. This happened 2 years ago(it was the same technician) but they sent someone else right out who did an amazing job. We will not be using Sears in Hainesport again.

Scheduled for carpet cleaning. No show on the day it was scheduled for, late the next day. In writing price qoute was 86.37, was charged 105.56. I specifically asked if they moved furninture, they said yes, he refused to move my couch. Called supervisor, was told he would call me right back. Never did. I obtained the number for corporate. Asked about the customer satisfaction guarantee and was told there was none. I was told the could only put a note in my file.

Excellent service. I had my carpets and furniture cleaned. The technicians were very professional. I would recommend them to my friends.

Bad service, they don't keep up with the appointments.
