Terrible terrible customer service lack of concern or appreciation for the customer lack of competent mechanics I went there for an oil change the guy doing my oil change broke my dipstick and it was stuck inside my oil measuring stick the master mechanic is never there they always want you to bring your car back when I wanted to speak to a manager I was told that this location does not have a manager lack of initiative to want to help the customer and I prefer to go to someone on the street then to go to this Sears Auto Cen... read more
Wow Just WOW. I called to have my tires mounted and aligned a price was quoted to me.So i went down to the store to get it done first i stood there waiting about 20/30min and then finally someone came.After that he asked ME what was the price that was quoted to me which makes no sense because this is a chain so i thought everywhere would be the same.No its not so then after i told him the price which he should have known he said it was wrong then told me to wait and came back with a different price which was no where what wa... read more
Thought will get an excellent service because its SEARS but worst experience. Took my car for service and after waiting for more than 2 hour I was told that the mechanic left for the day. After few days I got another appointment and reached on time but the front desk guy said mechanic called out for today. What a service SEARS!!
Brought 4 tires here to be put on my 2010 Si. Mechanic broke my TPMS sensor.. giving 3 stars because the manager ordered me a new Honda OEM TPMS sensor and installed it for free.. however their TPMS calibration tool was broken and I still have a TPMS light on my dash..
