The first time I took my car there to get fixed (new tires, brake pads, alignment) about a month later my car started making awful noises when you hit the brakes and other little noises. I just went back and not only did the sketchy guy up front hit on me and was highly inappropriate talking to customers, my car is NOW making noises again only in the front. that last review, hahahaha...clearly written by a Sears Stock Holder or something.... I went there one time, and was told the wait time for an oil change would be 3.5 hours....WTF?!?!?! get real sears! the service at this place sucks, they need to hire some actual employees if they want people to come in and pay money for sh!t... and not just walk out the door laughing like it did.
this is the place to go with your car problems, fast and eager to please, part of the Sears family
