Not sure if it was a bad day? We called Sears and asked them about a single tire repair and change. We brought the car in and where told it would be under an hour. We arrived at 11 a and where not let go until 5:30. I can not believe that it took them 6 plus hours to change one tire.
NO- even for simple tire repair! My husband and son took my car in Sat to have tire repaired. Sunday, upon my first drive after the repair, I experienced strong "shaking" of the steering wheel while at 55 mph on the highway. Knowing a bit about auto repair, I quickly determined that the wheel was out of balance. Upon returning to Sears Sunday, the man who "helped me" advised me that I was wrong, that the steering wheel would NOT shake if it was not balanced, and that I needed an alignment.
