I've used them numerous times in the past for service on my car and always used their coupons. Now last week the oil filter 2009 Chevy Malibu is not a stock item so the coupons are useless the oil change comes out to normal price. I wonder what is a in stock filter if one of chevys biggest sellers isn't!
It is unacceptable to have one employee working the automotive center. This poor employee has 5 people on line, one other on the side and another gentleman just walked up to pick up his car. The telephone rings and nobody answers. It is not just the time of the year, or time of the day. I have been here many different times of the day and many different days, nothing is ever different. Lack of staff is very poor customer service!
