I first went 8 months ago, needing a new battery, oil change, and some brake work. They had my truck all day, called and said it was ready. As I had not been here before I decided to see what battery they put in, thank god I did. They charged me for a new battery and the rest of the work, but there was no new battery. Rude and Overpriced – I just went there and they were incredibly insulting towards me. I booked online through Sears and when I got there they charged me $3 for a filter because it was required. I said I had already paid and they said "that's why we don't like it when customers book online." They then changed my oil (reason I brought it in) and handed me back a list of "requirements" to the tune of $257.00.
