Still waiting for someone to answer the phone....looking at the other reviews has me worried no one ever will
Worst waste of a day! Told us to be here at 12 for an oil change. We waited in line for 20 minutes to check in, took another 20 minutes to do the paperwork. 90 min before our car got on the lift. I am now sitting in the waiting room 2 hours into the process and my car is still not done. What a waste of a day!
