Horrible service. Horrible employees. And even when reported to Sears Customer service they didnt care. The guy who works at the front desk, John, is a sexist. He let 3 men cut me in line when I had an appointment and then walked away when I came up to the counter. He did things like this more times during the incident and treated every male with respect and treated me with absolutely none.
