Excellent customer service. We have all our vehicles service by Sears and have had no problems. Checked vehicles out for long trips to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend, excellent mechanics.
New Tires = Scratched Wheels! I went to Sears as the tires' prices were decent, but like other reviews online have said- they omit the high cost of installation & extra items (a wheel alignment isn't even MENTIONED). However, I still bought all four tires spending close to $700 for the process.
