My husband showed up to our appointment that was scheduled when I bought tires online and was told we did not have an appointment and they would not put our tires on! Also was told that we would have to pay a second install fee of $18/tire because even though the breakdown cost shown on the online receipt, which showed $11.96 auto installation fee, $12.00 haulaway/disposal fee, $4.00 environmental fee, plus paying for rubber valve stems did not cover installation and it was not free!!!!
