No supervision over mechanics. My vehicle was on the lift for 2 hours before the mechanic who was to busy searching for music and texting on his phone put two front tires on. Counter people just continued to book customers having no idea that there were 2 mechanics but only 1 actually cranking out the work. I usually look up reviews but i was going in for an alignment and never would of thought i'd have such a terrible experience. On July 25th I arrived at Sears Auto Center for an oil change and was told by the attendant "we're swamped" you'll have to come back tomorrow. I explained to him that I talked to someone named Steve on the phone the previous day and was told I didn't need an appointment. I found this very disappointing and poor customer service. I went there to change oil and alignment. They said they did oil change but cannot do alignment because tie rod jam and need to replaced (and gave big estimate). I took second opinion and everything was absolutely fine and alignment was done, passed. Now I am not even sure if they changed oil. Felt like cheated.
