Worst experience EVER. On Wednesday, November 26, 2014th I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires put on. Service was backed up but I WAITED. While my Jeep was up on the lift it had three tires off and one tire on. Their lift gave out and I heard a LOUD BOOM in the next room. It was my Jeep that fell to the ground. Thank god their employee was not killed. My Jeep ended up with a cracked brake drum, frame twisted in two places, plus the fiberglass top cracked. I recently purchased tires from the Sears Auto center at the Park City mall. I had never purchased tires there before so when i arrived i had already done my homework. To my pleasant surprise the experience was great. Mike (the manager) was extremely helpful. I had never met a person more dedicated to customer service than him. I should have known better using a coupon for a $22 oil change but I did anyway. I took my car to Sears Auto Center. My car is older & has high miles and was low a court or 2 oil, but I figured, why fill it when they just would be draining it anyway. Unfortunatly,after waiting over 2 hours (not a big deal) I picked up my car, paid my bill and went directly home (about 3 miles away). I am beyond disgusted and appauled by this place. I went in for a simple "express" tire rotation. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. When I picked up my car, immediately I knew I had made a mistake. My steering wheel was completely covered in black grease/oil. My steering wheel had been moved along with my seat. I have a electronic smart system in the car and EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was messed with. All of my settings were changed and there is NO reason for them to be in those screens. Outstanding Service – I consider myself a well informed consumer. I consider all things before i make any decision and i know that i made the right one by going to sears. First off the crew there is great , they are very knowledgeable about vehicles and are passionate about what they do. And these traits really show through when you are talking to them. Best Value, And greatest Experience!! – I was shopping for tires so I checked out Sears Auto Center in Lancaster(Park City Mall). Iv been everywhere else in lancaster (trust me!!) and they are the greatest! Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and help full! The Manager (mike) worked with me, and we got to a great set of tires in the price that I loved!
