1 hour and 40 minutes to replace a battery, mechanics are very polite, however reception ladies (2) could not even squeeze a smile out. They both said an average a dozen words to me for an hour and fourty minutes. I left the bay area with my dashboard light up like christmas tree, hence they said I had an altenator problem and should not be driving my car, but I have decided to take my chances and go somewhere else.
