Customer service here is horrible. They are slow and bad tempered. I asked for an estimate how long to fix a tire and was rudely told he didn't know and that there are 4 cars in front of me and they would do it when they got to it. When I asked about my road hazard he said he didn't have time to look it up and would do it later. Turned out they wouldn't cover the road hazard and wasted my time when I could have gone elsewhere.
