I went yesterday to schedule an oil change with the 50% off Uber promotion, and was quoted $79, half of the ~$150 oil change for my vehicle. Upon arriving this morning, a different person rang it up as $127 and said that that was the 50% off and that he couldn't change it to the price I was originally quoted. TERRIBLE! Eddie, the sales rep happily took my $582 without checking that it was even the exact issue. Then, after they were done with it, my front end kept leaking, so they re-did the work and called me to pick up and it was still leaking! Then, upon further inspection, my damn water pump is leaking, and I was told "That must have been like that before, because we didn't do it."! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE! I've dealt with this shop a few times. All my problems were tire related and they were always able to fix the issues and get me back on my way quickly. I've only stopped in for service in the early morning and found that there was really no wait time. The staff was nice and quick in diagnosing and fixing the issue.
