Waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change and alignment. Ridiculous. I hate Walmart and they do a better job. Last time I come to Sears.

As often emergencies happen, blew a tire and running on a spare. Found my replacement tires doing a web search, and of course Sears in Pueblo did not have any in stock. However, they did call surrounding stores in Springs and were able to locate a full set and a discount price with road warranty. It may have taking me two or three days but many thanks to both Pueblo, and Chappel Hills Sears Tire stores for selling and installing a great set if tires for a reasonably fair price. All associates and managing staff thumbs up ...
Not good lately. Always have to wait or come back. I bought my tires from them also.
John is great. Don't want to trust my car to anyone else!
