Jose went above and beyond to help me fix my mini van while providing outstanding customer service. First, my car broke down in the Sears parking lot. To avoid a tow, they were able to get it into the shop without charging me anything extra for the trouble. Second, he evaluated the problem and let my husband and I know exactly what was wrong with it. He didn't try to add unessecary things to be done, just the alternator that needed to be replaced.
