Excellent customer service provided at Sears in Harlingen. A couple of days ago I went to get my tire replaced and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to re order my tire and keep me updated until my tire arrived.The service was fast and reliable. Thanks to George and his staff.
Great customer service, Mr. Hanawa, was really helpful guiding me on the different tires options, took the time and never got frustrated. He found and gave me a good deal for my new four tires. Really appreciated!
