Made an 8am appointment. Car wasn't touched until 9am. It's after 10:30 now and still not complete. Promised completion by 10:30 per their work order. Oil change, winter to summer tires, and an inspection. Should take about 1.5 hours, and we're almost at 3 hours now. Very poor customer service, and the best part is they answer the phone "how may we earn your business?" Start by delivering on your service promises.
