Poor Service and Rude Sales Associates. – Bought a set of tires and had a Flat. Tried to use the Road hazard that they sold me. Dropped the tire off at 2PM didn?t get a call back to let me know the status, had to go back bye before closing at 8PM. When I got there no one was in the lobby area. They actually had a customer asking me questions about parts. The customer waited five minutes and left. I had to find people in the shop area who acted like they were being disturbed. Worst Tire Service – Went in for two tires. The cost of each tire was $79.97. Was only expecting to have the tires installed and mandatory disposal fees. After they got done, the charge was $315.10! They did not ask about the additional services before performing them. That was totally bogus and deceptive. They never have to worry about it again because we will never return. I strongly suggest that anyone considering doing business with them, THINK TWICE!!
